The products we display on our website are in stock, ready to ship to you. We do not offer backorder service. We cannot guarantee re-supply or future fullfillment.

JPM Supply and Surplus offers the following Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase in their original unopened package. We do not allow returns on used items. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RGA form and are subject to a 15% return fee. Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Request a RGA. We will be happy to let you know of any return fee's prior to your return via the RGA.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
