JPM Supply and Surplus offers the following Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase in their original unopened package. We do not allow returns on used items. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RGA form and are subject to a 15% return fee. Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Request a RGA. We will be happy to let you know of any return fee's prior to your return via the RGA.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
